Which cars have the starter motor and alternator incorporated in the flywheel?

This sounds like the old 'Dynostart' that was fitted on motorcycles. The 'dynamo' simply became a 'motor' by reversing the current flow. This is fine of course with a 'DC' charging system, but how this would work with an 'alternator'.......I don't know.

I certainly have not heard of any car currently made with such a system.

The only car I ever heard of like this was the Ford, model T, but just had the generator like this. From 1927, back to the first year (around 1903?). The early models had hand cranked "starter". FYI.

I had heard about this years ago supposedly becoming the new norm, but that was also mentioned in conjunction with 40+ volt electrical systems. It makes sense to me, but it's certainly not yet the norm.

most full hybrids have that arrangement
