You claim that you can work the windows and wipers when the key was out. First you need to know some vehicles will allow you to do those things, some are timed and some until you open the door. So first thing you need to do is find out if it is the type of vehicle that will allow you to do that, it is in the owners manual. If after you open the door or wait out the timer and thing still work then I'd say you have a relay in the distribution box that is sticking and back feeding the electrical system. If that is the case start to remove one relay at a time until things stop working, replace the relay.

I believe that your van has something that stays on overnight. Here is a test to know if you have a bad battery. Charge the battery, the. Drive a bit so it can recharge . Then after u get back home, disconect the battery. Then come back hours later. If your battery is good, then it should still have power to turn on ur car. Then after u did that, at night, look for a little light anywhere tht could be discharging ur battery. A tiny light even in the trunk.

Now after uve done this make sure ur car us completely off before removing the key. When u insert the key to turn on ur car, before u turn on the engine, ur elerictal stuff can turn on. So make sure that ur not leaving the electrical on after u turn off ur engine.

Two months ago i had to buy a new battery but it had power that time.I was hearing click click noise.We bough a new starter,starter belt,battery and now the car dont start no noise no power at all.Then when when it was working when the van is turn off we could still put the windows up and down and windows wipers to.
