Sure. You could do that. The cost would be out of sight. The hassle of having 24 torpedoes strapped to the top of a car might be a little daunting. But,yeah,you could do that.

Yes it is possible but machine fabrication may be an issue though with 3D printing technology perhaps it is possible to make arbitrary components aside from obvious components like bearings and the primary shaft. The blades could be made of a strong plastic since you would be working with a cold medium though this could lead to temporary brittleness.





There will be significantly less energy available due to the fact that you are working with less kinetic energy due to temperature





Perhaps it would be better to design something else to drive your car using the compressed air. Turbines take advantage of expansion and temperature differences.





Maybe look at a compressed air piston engine?

Its not a big thing to make a compressed air vehicle either using piston-cylinder or turbines.



the output that it produces is matter of concern, As we know need loss a huge amount of energy during compression of air and when compressed air is again left to expand it cools down everything.





So to get maximum efficiency out of this kind of power sources we need extra heating to increase the expansion rate and overall pressure.





other thing remain same as a normal as a turbine which consists of a system opposite to a compressor.





so these are sometimes called pneumatic motor or air motor.





if you want it simple think it like a hydraulic turbine, as air too is fluid.





high pressure fluid goes in and low pressure fluid comes out, the result is rotational energy.





these turbines has high rpm and lower torque, and it is possible to drive a vehicle if you are not concern with running out of air, as we need huge amount of compressed air for high speed with a extra weight of tank and compressed air fuel.

You are swimming against the current.

Compressed air is costly, and using it to drive a vehicle is extravagance. Your vehicle has to be big enough to carry a heavily constructed bulky pressure vessel. The idea is not practical, expensive, inconvenient, and serves no specific good aim.
