Which is having more RESISTIVITY?

Rho is constant for a given material, so the Resistivity (Rho) will be the same for both the thick and the thin wire. For a given material and length the thicker wire has less RESISTANCE and so the product of resistance and area remains constant (equal to Rho)

resistance it's depend on area of the material ,which a gauge wire #18 with length of 50 feet has equal resistance with gauge # 21 and 100 feet length at the same material .

An alternative way to express the same thing is "ohms per square".

Same - it is a property of the material https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrical...

Which 1 has more resistivity? a thick or a thin wire of the same material?

Isnt it that the resistivity is same as it does not depend on length or area of cross section but on the material and as the material is same isnt the resistivity also same?

Or ia the answer that thicker wire has more resistivity as rho is directly proportional to area of cross section.
