go to the self serve coin carwash and use the engine cleaning bay and pressure wand, they have degreaser, but you don't need it for an oil spill.it'll clean off nice with just the soapy water and pressure. Wear some work clothes and bring something to kneel on it'll take 2-5 minutes....get all set before you put the coins in you're on a timer usually 3 minutes for $1.25 and .25 a minute until the timer runs out...have fun

I noticed a pool of oil under my car the other day, and checked around for leaks. It was coming from my filter - somehow my filter had come loose. So, I tightened it up, and ran my car to see if that fixed it, and it did - no more leak. However, there is oil all over the engine surrounding the filter, and it has been smoking lightly as it burns off. Is there a danger in letting it burn off now that it isn't leaking, and what's the best way to clean it off?
