It's not safe at all, you can read any news the country in total chaos, but the final decision is your because you must be getting good opportunity and risk is also involved - yopu can consult others also but final decision will be yours. All the Best !
Man, security is an illusion!. One can stay at home and die with a heart attack or simpler reasons. If I were you I would accept the offer if it's good and I wouldn't look at the security and safety blah blah. Our work is naturally risky. Choice is yours though. Good Luck :)
I would say HELL NO!! no matter how much money and tax incentives you are offered. No job is worth getting shot or killed by a people who value death over life.
