There is NO cooling fan relay on the 05' S-40, (That's why "Nothing came up" on the google search) The operation of the cooling fan is controlled by the CFCM (Cooling Fan Control Module) by a "Class 2 message" received from the PCM (Powertrain Control Module)
NOTE: You are going about this backwards, you should provide the complete vehicle information (S-40 I or S-40 T-5)
The problem that you are having (No cooling fan operation, A/C not cooling...etc.) and then we can point you in the right direction, instead of trying to diagnose the problem yourself (if you have no knowledge of the operation of the cooling fan system on the offending vehicle)
This vehicle has very sophisticated electronics and you can cause thousands of dollars of damage to the electronics by putting powers or grounds where they don't belong.
