There's no magic in a can. It's burning oil because of a mechanical issue, and if it's happening after only 37,000 miles, it's a big issue; something has gone very wrong. Get it fixed before you end up with a damaged engine.
Hope it's still under warranty - the fix is likely to cost a fair bit of cash.
You can increase the viscosity of the engine oil, but that will also accelerate the wear...
