That had 4 bolt main bearings, warm cam, and 4 barrel carb.
Can't help with prices, but it's a pretty standard rebuild, get a L48 spec cam and a rebuilt carb, fit headers and a free flow exhaust and it should put out that sort of power.
Sitting 28 years just means want to strip it down, new bearings, pistons etc and replace the worn bits inside.
About the same as it would cost to oder a new 350 crate motor with 290HP and 290 torque.
