Sure, any tire retailer can inspect your tires and evaluate their integrity, including America's Tires, Big O, etc.

I'm not 100%, but I believe they do. I know for sure that a lot of these places do things like check pressures, rotate, patch, etc. for absolutely nothing. I wouldn't be surprised they'll do a simple safety inspection for your tires and rims.

Somebody gave me a set of nearly new wheels and tires. I was wondering if a place like American's tire or BigO tires will inspect them, make sure they're safe to use.
