Why did my car make a ticking nosie after I change the oil?

If the filter wasnt filled with oil before putting back on...it will tick for a minute..till it builds oil pressure. Also check to make sure right oil. Wrong oil for car might be too thin and cause ticking. Should say what oil on oil cap or in manual in glovebox under fluid specifications. Also..did you put enough oil in.

I would get checked at a local mechanic and call them first. Some are pretty friendly and care about their reputation, they might ask you to bring it in so they can take a look for free and then tell what's going on.

Either overfilled, underfilled, wrong type of oil, or cheap filter(such as fram extra guard)

because your a mug

It's a 2008 is250. I did the normal routine on a oil change, but when I was done and I turned on my car it started to make a ticking noise on park/idle. Also, I waited for the car to warm up, so I decided to drive it but it wasn't moving and the rpm where going up then the car started to move.
