Moped air filter filling with fuel?

Your needle valve either has dirt stopping it close properly or the float is faulty. You need to turn off the fuel, and drop the float bowl off "carefully" and check the needle valve above it if there is no obvious problem with the float.

Remember there may also be petrol in the sump, if the bike is four stroke then the oil will need changing as it will be diluted down.

Does this moped have a fuel petcock (valve) on the bottom of the gas tank? If so, you should turn it to the "OFF" position when you stop the motor. If not, then your carburetor needs a new float

Take it back to the garage - but don't try and ride it there unless you want the engine to catch fire. You have a fuel leak, and it will need to be properly repaired.
