I need help with my heat thermostat saying auxiliary heat?

If you don’t have auxiliary selected and it is running in auxiliary heat all the time, it means your heat pump is not working properly and it is running on electric heat strips. Which will drive your electric bill very high.

Your thermostat or heat pump is having problems. Aux heat is electric heating coils, very expensive. They do come on if it is extremely cold outside. BTW, you are gorgeous. Yes, I am old, faithful & married, but not dead.

Hi why is the question it is not the most expensive item with a coolant system. like the radiator cap whose spring becomes weak over time and use they need to be replaced.

Has anyone ever had this problem before?
