Bent backing plate or the shims are rubbing on the rotor.. spin the wheel and look around with a flashlight

Brake pads make a squeal noise when applied if the proper shims are not in place. The brake pad vibrates when applied if shims are not installed and lubed properly. Much the same as a guitar string does on a guitar, the vibration is what makes the noise.

Caliper is likely dragging pads on rotor. Remove caliper, wire brush/sand slots or grooves where caliper slides on spindle mount. Apply light coat of anti-seize compound. Apply disc brake quiet adhesive to back side of pads per directions on bottle. Ensure rotors have brushed, non-directional finish, not shiny.

You need to 'bed" the brakes....make 30 stops from 30

MPH in 30 second intervals...... This should cure the resins in the pads

did you clean them while putting them on , you might just have some oil or dirt on them from putting them on.it will more then likely go away after a bit.
