There are various products, such as Radweld, Barr's Stops Leaks and many others. But they can easily do more harm than good on modern engines and modern cooling systems, particularly so if the engine has an alloy head and/or an alloy-cored high efficiency radiator. These days it's getting difficult to find a car which doesn't have both.
Using anything in a bottle or can to stop a leak will probably stop the leak if it isn't too bad. It will also stop up your heater core and you'll no longer have any heat in the cold months It will eventually be cheaper to fix the leak than to try and stop it.
My dad did it to his car in the early 1960s. We froze our butts off that winter. I did it again in the late 1970s. I didn't learn from my dad's mistake and froze my butt off again that winter.
Yes what a bunch of people said. Forget that stop-leak crap. All you'll do is cause more problems later on with the cooling system or worse, internal engine issues.
GM calls it Cooling System Supplement...it is required to be reinstalled every time you change the antifreeze. Many manufacturers use stop leak supplements from the factory. I get them direct from the dealer, to be sure its compatible with the system components, sensors...

I work in a parts store. In the u.s. its stop leak DO NOT use it, just get it fixed.
alumina seal works well on the radiators with metal tanks.
I know that there's something you can pour in with it and it'll help seal leaks, I just don't know the name of it
