Just needed to know if there was a fuel pmp with this engine
so that I could order proper fuel filter.
Have found that this engine does have a fuel pmp.

Check to see that a leak isn't somewhere along the feed tube to the tank and the carburetor. That's usually why it isn't getting gas. Otherwise it may be the in-the-tank filter, the one on the end of the fuel line, that could be clogged.
This engine series was supplied both with and without a fuel filter. You will to take a look at the engine itself to determine if it has one. You can find the engines parts list at the link below.

Doubt it, most likely gravity-fed w/ primer bulb. Check fuel line from tank to carb, just replaced mine, was plugged hard.
