During a timing belt change, some vehicles, it can be smart to put the tensioner and pulley kit in at the same time.
That's because on some engines, the tensioner, idler, or related parts can have issues that cause belt and or engine failure as a result.
Otherwise, talk it over with your tech so he knows you are interested in preventative maintenance.

You should replace the thermostat. That is usually done when a new water pump is put on. You might consider changing the radiator hoses depending on how good a shape they are in.
The radiator usually isn't part of the normal routine maintenance.
Filters! Oil, fuel, air. Change gear oil in rear. Fresh spark plugs. Check brakes. Lube ball joints. Add winter blades & washer fluid. Check tire wear.
