Oil pressure go to 80 and stays there?

You need to have a garage check the pressure with a good, mechanical gauge attached directly to the engine (your electronic dash gauge may be in error). If the pressure is really that high (TOO high) they need to check the pressure relief valve: somewhere in your engine's oiling system: could be part of oil pump, on side of engine or other - differs by make/model.

Try putting another oil pressure switch in. While you got it disconnected might as well check the sensor ground, return and 5V reference wire.

either a bad pressure sensor or a wire that is shorting out to it.

You have a bad sender my Barvda dose the same thing.
