If you have a garage and you put your car in there how long does it take you to park it?

Is it hard to park your car in the garage because it's pretty tight, or are you one of those lucky ones that have a huge garage?

There all kinds of gadgets and tricks (e.g. hanging tennis ball from ceiling) that will allow you to park in seconds, even in a tight garage.,

As the others suggest, find a mark to stop at. Could be a line painted on the wall beside the drivers window, a tennis ball on a string that just touches the windsreeen, or a 2x4 bolted to the floor that the front wheels roll up to. Get the car in the shed, and set up that mark. Then next time you just gently roll up to that mark, and stop prefect every time.

If you change cars, don't forget to move the mark, especially if the new car has a longer hood.

Our garage is just barely big enough to get out of a vehicle. Some of our vehicles are too long to fit in the garage. We just pull in slowly, hit the brakes to stop the vehicle, put it in park, and shut the engine off. One of my trucks is too tall to even get the cab in the garage.

Experienced drivers just pull in and park with out any thought. I even back into my garage but I am comfortable with my backing skills.

It's not tight nor spacious.....but with lots of practice it's easy to just drive right in and not hit the other car nor any of the "stuff" also stored in there.

I just drive in and park man! 5 seconds tops.
