Normally no. Where is the oil leak? Some S-10's have a remote oil filter under the plastic cover under the radiator. I had both of the factory installed *oil cooler lines replaced a couple of years ago.

No, a CAI cannot cause an oil leak.

I have a '96 Chevrolet with an s10 engine. I put a K&N cold air intake in my truck recently But today when I crank my truck , my oil started leaking bad. It's never had an oil leak problem so I'm thinking it has to be from the cold air intake, right? I just don't know how it caused it if it did. Does anyone know or ever had this problem? Is there a way to fix it or is it going to damage my truck any way?
