Replaced alternator and battery car wont truck wont crank Please help?

Thanks for reposting with info. The electrical on this car goes from fuse 11 50A in underhood box to IGN switch. When turned to start, power flows to fuse 24 7.5A in box on left side of dash. Then it flows to transmission range selector (auto trans) or clutch pedal position switch (man trans). If it's in park or neutral or clutch is depressed, power then flows to starter relay in underhood box. THEN it goes to starter. Bad fuse, bad relay, bad neutral switch could all cause a no crank. Start by checking the fuses. After that you're going to need a wiring diagram and a volt meter.

Could be a alarm problem, But first check for a bad ground. Use a volt meter between a clean connection on the NEGATIVE POST and the block and then the body. Let me know what you get?

Hi yes and you will get even lower on cash as the beast needs more and more money spending on it. this is why some have to go buy a newer car age and mileage have taken away what this car once was.

Make sure the battery connections are good and snug so they are making good contact. If that doesn't work check the neutral start switch.

i have an 01 ford sport trac i was away from it in October. i went to start it up and it wouldnt turn over and was reading low battery. i took the battery to autozone and it was bad so i got a new one. i had to replace the negative cable cause it broke wen loosening it but the battery still read low. Tried to get a reader and read it but it wouldnt work. I got and alternator and installed it it is new so that not the problem. the lights come on the radio does too. the interior lights make a clicking noise for a brief second when switched on. the radio isnt stock and the two parts above i replaced but everything else is. I really need this vehicle running in the next few days and im running low on cash.
