it can be brakes are locked on that wheel or your bearing seized. Or if it is really cold out your tire froze to the ground. Or you have frozen snow around the tire
Is is really cold and do you use your parking brake? Water can get into the parking brake and freeze. Pour about a gallon of very hot water over the rear brake housing and see if it will move.
If it had made noise in the past I would say the bearings in the rear differential went bad and have seized up.
CHANCES ARE YOUR BAKES ARE LOCKED UP OR YOU HAVE a balbaring stuck etc
