Your engine isn't firing on 1 or more cylinders get the code checked FIRST it could just be a sensor, but something MUCH worse. Changing spark plugs will bring you nothing. CHECKING the plugs to see if there is anything unusual and informing the mechanic that checks the code COULD be useful.

Yes, if you're going to throw parts at the problem rather than diagnose it properly, you should at least start with the least expensive parts--like the spark plug.

Are you a mechanic? What does a code mean? Why do you wish to guess? You are describing a rather serious mechanical issue. Why asking about a spark plug?

get yourself a manual these codes are different on all makes of cars !

Driving down the road and weird noise and lack of performance and once I stopped or slowed down there is so much vibration/shakes the car idk what it is I don't want to take it to a shop if it's just spark plug and I can do it myself....?
