Have the battery *load tested at any store other than Auto Zone where new ones are sold. A free 15 second load test will tell you the reserve amperage capacity. Amperage spins starter motors not voltage.

Your radio, dash lights and electric windows may be working because they all require very little battery amperage to do so. The starter motor on the other-hand needs more battery amperage to spin the engine than *every electrical system in the car COMBINED!

If the starter does not even click it could be the starter, the neutral safety switch, the ignition switch or the wiring. You need to test for power at the small wire on the starter solenoid when the key is held in the start position.

check your battery first - try a jump start , a poor battery will still run lights but not turn car over.

it could be a low battery

clean and tighten your cables
