I'm divorced and have never sold a car. I need help knowing how to price and sell please.

There's something called eBay. And there's another thing to consider - that these old high-spec big engine gas guzzlers sell for a fraction of what they cost when new - I see this here in the UK, where a big Merc can still look and behave like a fine car, but by 20 years of age is selling for less than 5% of it's original retail - GREAT NEWS, if you want to buy one, not so good for sellers. Such cars are a gamble, the new owner will have a car effortlessly capable of generating a repair bill far in excess of it's actual worth, in which case it can only be broken for spares and walked-away from, before they get burned any worse.

If that $125,000 had been invested in property as a deposit on an owner-rental, then by now the mortgage would have been paid off easily a handful of times over, and it could have been used to fund the purchase of two more similar 'self-funding' properties.

Go to Kelley Blue Book.com, factor in mileage, options, etc. BE OBJECTIVE! Nobody cares if 1st born was conceived in back seat, yada, yada, yada. If you REALLY spent 125K on that car, you're not going to get anywhere NEAR that, hope that's a typo. List in E-bay Motors, Craigslist, etc. If you don't want to deal w/ phone ringing, transfer paperwork, etc., find a local consignment car lot. For a percentage, they'll do all the work, and you won't have people coming to your door. Good luck.

"Best" in what way?? More info is needed. The options are almost literally endless... the nearest dealer, put a "For Sale" sign in the window, CarMax, eBay, Craigslist.org, Hemmings, the local newspaper classified ads, etc., etc. You could also donate it to charity and take a big write-off instead of dealing with a bunch of tire-kicking idiot lowballers and/or scammers.

Trade it in or post it on Craigslist or auction but auction u may not get top dollar also some car dealer do consignment which they sell car for u and get a percentage

use this Kelly blue book link. it will give you either tradein value or private party sell value. http://www.kbb.com/whats-my-car-worth/
