?I need to Interview an Engineer ? ? ? ? ?HELP!!! ? ?

At present I work on automated machinery CNC.

Field Service Engineer

Over 80 hrs week

High school, college, numerous professional classes, on the job training ( This is where you become an expert)

Yes-I would attend MIT

You can go to school, but until you comprehend how to apply yourself, you will never stand out. The most important part of any job is your personality. Truth, honesty and Integrity will always show. It is not how we act when things are perfect; it is how we act when everything goes wrong. I have OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). The medical society wants me to take medication for this, but this is the reason that I am the best in my field. I have stood in front of a machine for over 36b hours, until it was fixed. Only someone with my unique qualification can do that. I have taken what most consider a determent and turned it into an asset. Know yourself well enough to use what you have. Be quiet long enough long enough to understand what is being said, and then be sure enough of yourself to standup when you are right. I have stood in front of groups of Engineers with all of them telling me that I was wrong. In the end, I was right, and I was congratulated by the CEO on a Sunday afternoon.

Starting at 2-4 years average.

Varying- Dress to Hard Hat and PPE (Personal Protective Equiptment)
