What would this type of machine be called?

I'd call it an impossible dream.

Shear vanity.

"What would this type of machine be called?"

"The machine needs one simply 'push' (force) to get it moving, once it is moving it doesn't stop moving forever utilizing energy from the environment someway to keep it in motion"

"Frictionless". It simply uses Newton's first law, and no additional "energy from the environment" is required.

If it were not frictionless, then it would require magical energy input, and would be called "perpetual motion" or "over unity device".
