Vauxhall vivaro 2.0 cdti smokes ?

You didnt mention the mileage, but smoking diesel with higher consuption - your turbo is dying.

hI The usual reason a diesel engine smokes is because the air filter needs to be cleaned or replaced as it is clogged. so fuel consumption is increased.

apart from wear and injectors needing to be replaced that is.

Injectors on these are coded,

new one need written into the ECU,

was that done?

Its a diesel if you drop back a gear and PUT YOUR FOOT DOWN its gunna suck down more deisel all of the sudden and puff out some blackish grey smoke. If its blue then its burning oil. So your fuel consumption will be up if your always putting your foot down. Diesels usually have there consumption go up because of there in need of a service

when i put my foot down to go to 2nd or third gear it smokes , and also the fuel consumption is more than before when it was fine. recently changed all injectors and clutch

2.0 CDTI 57 Reg.
