How do you figure out the volume of a regular shape? Please help..

Depends on the shape. And what you mean by "regular".

perhaps you break it down to cuboids, cylinders or other shapes and calculate the volume of each and add. Perhaps more complicated math is needed.

edit, why did you think that extra data was not needed?

A rectangle is a 2 dimensional shape and does not have a volume. I suspect you mean right cuboid, rectangular box, or, right rectangular prism, different names for the same shape. And that is not a formula, that is the three lengths, I assume.

That is 3 major terminology mistakes in one short question. Wow!

Volume is 3 x 5 x 10 = 150 cm3

"How do you figure out the volume of a rectangle?"

A rectangle is a surface and thus it does not have a volume.

"The formula is 3cm, 5cm, 10cm"

This is not a formula, these are three dimensions of a rectangular prism. Probably. You haven't specified.

Volume can be computed by means of integration.

These are the mostly used formulas:

cube = a 3

rectangular prism = a b c

irregular prism = b h

cylinder = b h = pi r 2 h

pyramid = (1/3) b h

cone = (1/3) b h = 1/3 pi r 2 h

sphere = (4/3) pi r 3

ellipsoid = (4/3) pi r1 r2 r3

Though id be easier if you told us what formula you wanted.

3 x 5 x 10 = cm squared

lenghth times witdth times height equals volume cubed
